As part of the Horizon 2020 program, and in order to see the objectives of the financial instruments created adapted and improved, external experts were invited who, based on their knowledge of the market and real needs, will support the European Commission in the formulation of new measures support for companies.

The board includes a wide range of issues covering the design and implementation of equity financial instruments, target groups, SME participation and other cross-cutting issues.

The "Access to Risk Finance Advisory Group" working group is therefore intended to assist the European Commission in drafting legislative proposals or in defining policies.
